Project Manager / Lead Developer

Required Skills:

1. Project Management experience handling up to 5 clients.
2. PHP/MySQL - extensive knowledge and experience.
3. CSS - extensive knowledge and experience (positioning and formatting).

Additional Preferred Skills:

1. Flash/PHP/MySQL connectivity
2. AJAX
3. XML

The perfect candidate will have excellent project management skills acting as liason between up to 5 clients and a team of designers/developers. Candidate will perform most of their duties from home, and meet at the office one or two times per week, depending on neccessity.

Duties Include:

Quote Phase:

1. Initial Meeting with Clients (clients procured by management).
2. Creating Required Functionalities Documents for Projects/Sub-projects.
3. Estimating timelines and labour requirements - applying pricing guidelines and SOG to determine inside costs for quote preparation.

Development Phase:

1. Revising Required Functionalities Documents for Projects/Sub-projects as per finalized client requirements.
2. Create Milestone and To-Do lists using in-house project management tools.
3. Acquire and manage team of contract designers/developers through project completion.
4. Oversee implementation and development of required functionalities from design phase through code development to completion.
5. Communicate ‘Key Issues’ with management.
6. Recomnmend solutions to Key Issues.
7. Act as Lead Developer for team of developers (non-localized) both writing and implementing code for required functionalities.
8. Oversee testing of functionalities.
9. Deliver final product.

Compensation:

$50K to $75K, dependent on experience and skillsets.
To start immediately.
